Background & History

Zoha is an associate attorney focusing on tax controversy, assisting clients with a wide range of issues including collection enforcement defense, penalty abatements, and international tax matters.  She has extensive experience helping clients navigate federal and state audits, achieve compliance through voluntary disclosures, and manage financial accounts in foreign jurisdictions.  

Prior to joining our firm, Zoha honed her skills at the University of San Diego Federal Tax Clinic and a San Diego boutique law firm, providing dedicated support to individuals and small businesses facing tax challenges. Zoha earned her L.L.M. in Tax Law from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019.
