Background & History

Amber Lyles joined Frost Law as an Associate in April 2021 and focuses her practice on litigation, general counsel work, and ethics compliance matters. Amber's litigation portfolio includes contract disputes, business-related torts, labor & employment disputes, estate & probate litigation, and appellate advocacy.

Amber has extensive courtroom experience, having successfully litigated both civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining Frost Law, Amber was an Assistant State's Attorney. As an ASA, Amber prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases before both judges and juries. Prior to becoming an ASA, Amber was the sole Judicial Law Clerk for the Administrative and Senior Judges sitting in the Circuit Court for Caroline County, Maryland.
